About

Our school sits between bush and beach, surrounded by nature and our community – Okines Beach, Dodges Ferry Recreation Reserve and sports oval and Okines Community House – where learning and playing outdoors happens every day.

 

Over many years we've worked with students and our community to design and fund play areas that maintain those connections – the community loop track wrapping around the school, community house and oval; the Lagoon Park playground; the nature playground; and mosaic story panels.

With the $25m school upgrade taking shape, we are looking forward to nature-based play design that enhances what we've created.
