Outdoor Classroom
The Outdoor Classroom / nature playground is a very special place at Dodges Ferry Primary School. The school association supports outdoor learning that enriches the classroom experience and engages students in the natural environment where students enjoy the many benefits of outdoor play and learning.
Healthy Lunches
We're excited to be part of the School Food Matters School Lunch Program (Healthy Lunches), offering students nutritious cooked meals several times a week. The School Lunch Program is a place-based initiative designed to improve food security and support student concentration and learning through access to fresh, locally sourced meals.
Playgrounds
One of the focuses of our fundraising efforts is to ensure our playgrounds are accessible and fun for our students.
First People
We acknowledge the Mumirimina, the first people and traditional custodians of the land on which we live and work.
We honour the ancient and enduring Tasmanian Aboriginal connection to land, sea, sky and culture and pay our respects to Elders past and present.
